Faithful Resistance in a Warming World:
Bill McKibben on Climate, Courage, and Collective Action
 

Rochester Area Interfaith Climate Action (RAICA) has partnered with
Chicago-area Faith in Place for a virtual summit this fall. Faith communities
all over the Rochester area will host Watch Parties on
September 29, 6:45-8:30 pm for noted
environmentalist, Bill McKibben’s keynote address.
The program will be live-streamed followed by a
facilitated discussion. The 2026 theme, Grounded
Resistance, reflects a call to remain rooted in faith while
responding boldly to environmental crises.

confirmation, sign up for the Watch Party of your choice. In addition to the
Bill McKibben talk, you receive links to three additional inspiring speakers
who can be watched live or through a recording.
