Here's how: First, become a member of raica.net.
On the home page, find Become a member and click on sign up/log in.
Fill in first, last name, email, and a password.
Add a faith institution (optional, but helpful)
and also interests, if you'd like.
Then click on sign up.
Second, go back to the home page and find a horizontal menu bar. Click on Idea Exchange. Scroll to the bottom. Click on Community Bulletin Board. Just above the posts find a blue rectangle saying create a post at the right. Click on it. Click on start a discussion. Make a title, fill in the content. Add a picture by clicking on the plus sign at the left and then clicking on the camera icon. When you are done, click on the blue box saying publish lower left.
