Rochester Ecology Partners maintains a Rochester Environment Directory with contact information and a brief statment of purpose for more than 160 organizations

Citizens Climate Lobby has a chapter in Rochester. "We’re regular people from New York who are working together to get climate laws passed. We believe that the only way to tackle climate change is together. We connect over shared concerns, build consensus, and work with elected officials from every party towards climate solutions."

Climate Reality Project Greater Finger Lakes Region. Their mission: to educate and mobilize all who reside in our region to take urgent climate action across every level of society, while ensuring that all individuals feel respected and included. Our purview includes climate mitigation, community adaptation and sustainable/regenerative development in response to the climate emergency.

Climate Solutions Accelerator an inclusive, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to inspiring and facilitating a large-scale climate mobilization in the nine-county Genesee-Finger Lakes Region. They host an annual climate summit and monthly green drinks where you can meet climate friends. They also offer trainings and tools for Color Your Community Green Groups around the area. 

Pachamama Alliance of the Rochester Area Empowering people to help create an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling, and socially just human presence on this planet. They offer many events and great resources.
