    International Compost Awareness Week

    in Food and Food Waste

    https://www.nysar3.org/page/international-compost-awareness-week-2019-165.html

New York State joins states, regions, and countries around the world that acknowledge International Compost Awareness Week (ICAW), the first full week of May devoted to educating the public on “the benefits of using compost to improve or maintain high quality soil, to grow healthy plants, reduce the use of fertilizer and pesticides, improve water quality and protect the environment.” Join us in celebrating ICAW 2020 (May 3 – 9) as we recognize this year's theme: "Soil Loves Compost" . Find out more at the website above.
